Home & yard
Check fencing, gates, toxic items, stairs, slick floors, doors and guest routines. Set up a quiet puppy area, and confirm renter, HOA or insurance rules before go-home day.
Supply checklist
Appropriately sized crate and pen, bedding, the food we send home, bowls, collar or harness, leash and long line, ID tag, safe chews, cleaning supplies, gates and travel equipment.
Veterinary plan
Choose a clinic and an emergency hospital, schedule the first visit, gather the records we provide, and discuss nutrition, parasites, vaccines, insurance and local licensing.
Training plan
Select a reward-based trainer or class before the puppy arrives, agree on household cues, and plan management for children, visitors and other pets.
Travel & first night
We provide pickup instructions, toileting-stop guidance, confinement safety, the feeding plan and how to run a quiet first evening.
First 30 days
